Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and pk845 (the "Platform", "Operator" or "we/us/our"), governing your access to and use of the pk845 website located at pk845.cam and all associated services, games, features, promotions and content (collectively the "Services").

pk845 is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports wagering and instant games to players across Pakistan — including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — and in other eligible jurisdictions.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services and must refrain from creating an account.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

Acceptance of Terms

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by any of the following actions: (a) completing the account registration process; (b) clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation during registration or login; (c) depositing funds into your Account; or (d) placing any wager or bet on the platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any supplemental terms specific to individual promotions, games, or features. In the event of any conflict between supplemental terms and this Agreement, the supplemental terms shall prevail in relation to the specific promotion or feature to which they relate.

pk845 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the platform or by email prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pk845, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law;
2. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any other person or entity;
3. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of pk845 or any of its affiliated entities;
5. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended or terminated by pk845 for breach of these Terms;
6. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or gambling ban imposed by pk845 or any other operator or authority;
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

5.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on pk845. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices or names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified may be closed, and all balances therein may be forfeited.

5.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address and contact details. pk845 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. pk845 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify pk845 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

5.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. pk845 may also close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC and applicable conditions.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pk845 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process as a condition of processing withdrawals and as required by applicable regulatory standards. You may be required to submit the following documentation at any point:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued identification document such as a National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence showing your registered address (typically dated within the last three months);
• Proof of Payment: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement);
• Source of Funds: Where required, documentary evidence of the source of funds used for wagering.

pk845 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during routine account reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction.

Deposits & Payments

7.1 Deposit Methods

pk845 supports a range of deposit methods, which may include bank transfers, mobile wallet references and cryptocurrency options, subject to current cashier availability. Players in Pakistan are familiar with mobile payment services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, and bank transfers via major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific deposit method is subject to operational status at the time of deposit — please verify in your cashier.

7.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• pk845 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges — verify this independently.
• Deposits must be made in good faith and may not be used to exploit promotions or engage in fraudulent activity.
• pk845 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering or terms abuse is suspected.

7.3 Currency

The primary transactional currency for Pakistani users is the Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs). Where deposits are made in other currencies, conversion may occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Any applicable conversion fees are the responsibility of the User.

Withdrawals

8.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To submit a withdrawal request, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations, violations or security holds;
• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold as displayed in the cashier;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own legal name.

8.2 Processing

pk845 will review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times vary by payment method, account verification status and operator review requirements. pk845 does not guarantee specific processing windows. Players should contact support if a withdrawal request remains outstanding for an extended period.

8.3 Withdrawal Refusal

pk845 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal conflicts with active bonus terms; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the requested amount falls below the applicable minimum threshold.

Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by pk845 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible game restrictions, time limits and maximum win caps. These terms are published alongside each individual promotion and must be read in full before opting in.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies the total betting turnover that must be completed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable as Real Money. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus would require PKR 30,000 in total eligible wagers before withdrawal of that bonus value. Wagering requirements differ per promotion — always check the specific offer terms.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

pk845 actively monitors account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure; multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times; exploitation of game vulnerabilities; and coordinated play to trigger bonus conditions artificially. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to bonus forfeiture, account suspension and potential legal action.

9.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus balances that have not been activated within the designated acceptance window, or wagering requirements that have not been completed within the allotted timeframe, will be voided without compensation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

10.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets and wagers placed on pk845 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. pk845 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes, without being required to provide a reason.

10.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of any technical error, system malfunction, pricing error or game fault, pk845 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and to restore account balances to their state immediately prior to the error. No claim shall be entertained on the basis of an erroneous result caused by a system malfunction.

10.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC T20, bilateral series), football, UFC and other events — are subject to their own detailed betting rules. Results are determined based on official outcome sources. In the event of match abandonment, postponement or other disruption, settlement rules as published by pk845 for each sport shall apply.

10.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party game providers. Their published rules and paytables govern each game. pk845 does not control the outcome of live dealer games, which are determined by physical actions (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins) visible on the live stream.

10.5 Return to Player (RTP)

Slot games and other RNG-based games have theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages which indicate the expected long-term return to players. RTP figures are stated by the game provider and are verified over millions of rounds — they do not guarantee returns in any individual session. Always check the in-game information panel for applicable RTP figures.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk845 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting others to do so;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion or match-fixing;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose;
• Abusing bonus terms through low-risk strategies designed to extract value without genuine play intent;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing customer support staff or other users;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, while misrepresenting your location;
• Allowing third parties to access or operate your Account.

pk845 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct at any time. Where a breach is established, pk845 may: suspend or permanently close the Account; void all pending and historic bets connected to the breach; forfeit all Account balances (Real Money and Bonus); and take any further legal action as appropriate.

Responsible Gambling

pk845 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to support player wellbeing. The following player protection measures are available within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week or month;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, with optional reminders;
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary restriction on your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the platform for a minimum of six months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and are enforceable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk845 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and compiled data — is the intellectual property of pk845 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of pk845.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk845 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds, even if pk845 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk845 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to Terms

pk845 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk845 will provide reasonable prior notice via the platform, by email to your registered address, or by prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request Account closure.

The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk845 holds its operating licence, as applicable. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk845 from seeking urgent or interim relief from any competent court in any jurisdiction where the circumstances warrant it.
